Job description
The Opportunity
  • A highly respected company with a track record in delivering multistorey apartments, offices and mixed use developments
  • $40m+ project upcoming, greenfield site, large site footprint, 5 storeys
  • October start for preplanning and early works
Your Responsibilities
 
  • Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
  • Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
  • Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
  • Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
 

Experience/Qualifications:
  • A stable track record in supervision of medium rise commercial or apartment
  • Certificate III or IV in OHS
  • An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
  • Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
  • Tower crane experience required
  • An ability to lead a site team consisting of Foremen, OHS/Labourer and other site based personnel
  • A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
