Project Description

This will truly be jewel in the crown project on your CV. A stunningly designed 5 level commercial space is what you will be building, that comes with rave reviews, an anchor tenant and already fully leased.

With no basement car park, there will be excavation or digs, the site is cleared and ready to go.

What's required

The successful Site Manager will take the reigns from day 1. This is your build from start to finish.

You will have delivered multi level commercial projects previously from start to finish. The successful candidate must be comfortable with structures, services integration right through to final fitout and finishes.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the entire site and have total autonomy to run things how you wish.

General task and duties will include

• Onsite inductions
• Implementing a Covid safe plan
• All OHS management and site walks
• Weekly reporting to your PM
• Scheduling
• Traffic management
• QA and subcontractor management

This role has the ability to start immediatley for the right person.
