Site Manager - Commercial Construction

The Role
You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager and Contract Administrator on all of your projects. Reporting to the project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

  • Managing and scheduling subcontractors
  • Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
  • On site safety
  • Quality Management
  • Run Toolbox meetings
  • Reporting to the project Manager and relevant stakeholders


YOU

  • A proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $5million from start to completion
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
  • A proven track record of delivering education, community or government projects
  • Experience working in live environments considered a bonus
  • An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
  • Outstanding communication and time management skills
  • Excellent ability to handle OH&s issues and resolutions
  • Computer Literate
  • Excellent reputation and references to match
  • Leadership qualities and a great personality!
