My client is an established builder that focuses on building townhouses, communities and house & land developments across Melbourne & Geelong. With a reputation for delivering quality projects, caring about their customers and also their employees, they have extremely low staff turnover and have maintained stable, organic growth year on year.

With new project wins in the Western suburbs, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager who can utilise their past experience to deliver Townhouse Developments end-to-end.You will be responsible for the day to day site activities, scheduling of works, quality of workmanship and management of delivery time frames.

About You

We are looking for someone who has proven experience working on project homes or medium density projects. Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience of managing multiple homes
• Experience in managing residential development sites
• A relevant trade background or formal qualification in a construction related discipline and ideally a builders license
• Experience in subcontractor coordination and management
• A proven track record in managing projects from ground works to completion
• OH&S and QA management and compliance
• Computer literacy skills - Onsite Companion / Click Homes or similar
• High level communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage projects on time and to budget whilst maintaining quality
