Site Manager - Education, Health and Government projects

Boasting a diverse portfolio of current projects my client delivers high quality mixed commerical projects and D&C apartment projects. Building on their recent success they have an opening for site manager experinced in delivering government and education projects. A salary of up to $180,000 clear communication about career progression and exceptional site conditions make this an opportunity you do not wish to miss out on.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Oversee all construction activities on site
• Coordinate & monitor subcontractor site activities
• Hold site subcontractor meetings
• Review the design documentation for constructability & safety in design constraints
• Lead & mentor Foremen, OHS Representatives, & all labour on site
• Monitor the implementation of design details & ensure construction in accordance with relevant codes & standards
• Assume responsibility for Site Safety & Environmental Performance

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

• Tertiary or trade qualified
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a site manager
• Attention to detail combined with a sense of urgency
• Proven track record and references
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Computer proficiency
• An eye for quality and safety
