The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have responsibility for subcontractor management, trade coordination, OHS management and upholding quality for this award-winning builder. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites, with significant office support to help jobs run smoothly and to deadlines.

About you

• Must have 4 + years experience delivering high-end residential projects above $1M
• Excellent eye for detail and a passion for architectural builds
• Ideally have a carpentry background
• Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, Client and other stakeholders
• Share a passion for beatiful architectural design, with the building outlook of 'do it once & do it right'
• Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated time management
