Site Manager

Fetch Recruitment are seeking a Site Manager with experience on commercial builds from the ground through to handover.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you will have a solid background of commercial projects that you have built from start to completion. You will be switched on, proactive and all round good operator. The ability to manage sub contractors, Architects and all other stakeholders in a professional and diligent manner is paramount.
Your lateral thinking, problem solving and complex projects portfolio, will further enhance your career.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and scheduling trades, ordering materials, liaising with all stakeholders, safety on site and overall management of the project site. You will be supported by a strong Project Manager, a Contracts Administrator & Project Coordinator. Expect regular site visits from your team, as they will be their to support you at all times, rather than simply hiding behind emails.
