Site Manager - Commercial Fit-outs

Site Manager required for Commercial fit-outs up to $10M

• Permanent role with excellent team
• Great pipeline of work within 20 mins of the CBD
• Multi-level fitout project starting late March

This is an active role with an immediate start for the right applicant!

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager this role will provide you an excellent opportunity to showcase your organisational skills, communication and keen eye for detail on innovative fit-out projects.

You will be tasked with running Commercial fit-out sites up to $10M in value and be responsible for:

• Coordination and management of all trades on site
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard within the given time frame
• Best Building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring correct OH&S procedure are adhered to at all times
• Effective and efficient communication with all parties involved in the project
• Paying keen attention to detail across the project from start to finish

About You

• Several years' experience with a commercial building company on projects valued $1M-$10M
• Ideally have a trade background
• Great knowledge and respect of OHS procedures
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience in commercial interior projects
• Local experience and knowledge of the Melbourne Subcontractors market
