My client builds contemporary, bespoke developments with a commitment to the highest quality finishes and are highly successful at negotiating work from an impressive repeat client base.
They are an industry leader in the creation of high-end residential and complex commercial developments. Due to sustained business growth, and several projects about to commence, they are looking to add an experienced Site Manager to their dedicated team. The initial project is a high profile 5 Star Hotel nestled next to the CBD. The 10 storey building will be adorned with high grade finishes befitting of the profile of this international hotel.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Oversee all construction activities on site
• Coordinate & monitor subcontractor site activities
• Attend site subcontractor meetings
• Review the design documentation for constructability & safety in design constraints
• Lead & mentor Foremen, OHS Representatives, & all labour on site
• Monitor the implementation of design details & ensure construction in accordance with relevant codes & standards
• Assume responsibility for Site Safety & Environmental Performance

The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate:

• Tertiary or trade qualified
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a site manager
• Acute Attention to detail
• Proven track record and references
• Experience in delivering large structures as well as high grade finishes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Computer proficiency
• Impeccable eye for quality and safety
