The Company

Our client is a boutique developer/builder who pride themselves on delivering quality projects. They typically have 3-5 projects around the $10mil - $50mil. They have a strong culture who are passionate about enjoying what they do and focusing on quality.

You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager and Contract Administrator on your project. Reporting to the project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

• Managing and scheduling subcontractors
• Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
• Managing program
• On site safety
• Quality Management
• Run Toolbox meetings
• Reporting to the project Manager and relevant stakeholder

YOU

• A proven track record in delivering apartment projects up $20million from start to completion
• An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Excellent ability to handle OH&S issues and resolutions
• Excellent reputation and references to match
• Leadership qualities and a great personality!
