Site Manager

Fetch is seeking an EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER with a portfolio of Industrial builds under their belt.

This is a CONTRACT / TEMPORARY role and you will be required for the duration of this 6 month project from early works, through to completion.

It is vital that you have been a Site Manager on Industrial builds throughout your career. This is NOT a graduate/leading hand position.

Only candidates that have extensive experience building warehouses will be looked at for this position.

The project is a $10m warehouse new build in Melbourne's South East starting ASAP. Early works have commenced and our client is now seeking to get a Site Manager on board and get the project off its feet.

There will be civil works, precast panels, structural steel, exterior cladding and a number of services involved in this project, as well as a LIVE ENVIRONMENT.

You will be paid $60 per hour and working an average of 50 hours per week, with the support of an office based Contracts Administrator and a very personable Project Manager, who will be on site a minimum of once a week to assist you.
