About the Job

• Managing one architectural build at a time from $10M - $20M
• Locations are spread across the affluent inner suburbs of Melbourne (Toorak, Prahran, South Yarra)
• Current project due to start this week, $10M, 3 story build with basement in SE
• Arranging trades and quality assurance
• Working closely with a PM (no client interaction)
• Hands-on requirement when needed

About You

• Proven experience delivering large high-end projects, 3 + stories
• Carpentry background
• Passion for architecturally designed projects
• Keen eye for detail
• Ambitious and driven personality
