Unique opportunity for an experienced Project / Site Manager with excellent organisational and communication skills?

My Client is based in the Western suburbs but delivers the highest quality architecturally designed Modular building projects all over Victoria and NSW. Each project is carefully designed and crafted in one convenient location and then installed on site with precision to deliver world class Commercial and Residential projects.

Due to their reputation as industry leaders and sustained growth they require an experienced senior site manager to oversee multiple teams over multiple projects being built all at the same location.

The role will have elements of project management as well as site management and will require and experienced and highly organised professional who is willing to think outside the box!

Do you have the following?

• A trade or relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience as a site manager (Commercial experience preferred)
• A comprehensive knowledge of different trades
• A positive can-do attitude
• Excellent Communication skills
• Exceptional Organisational skills
• Proven ability to lead large teams
• Full Australian Working rights
• Valid Victorian drivers license
