Site Administrator

Location - South East Suburbs Melbourne

Working across multiple domains in Site Administration, Sectorial Duties & Document Control, you will be actively engaged in a rewarding and exclusive project!

Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistant responsibilities including diary management
  • General administration
  • Office coordination tasks
  • System management
  • Data entry
  • Document Control duties
  • General site office tasks/organisation
  • Additional administration Ad Hoc duties


To Be Considered:

  • Construction experience would be advantageous
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant, Document Controller or Office Manager
  • Ability to work in a fast passed environment
  • Can manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Ability to work across multiple potions, and complete ad hoc duties when required
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to bring energy and positivity to the team
  • A great attitude
