Mechanical Service Manager

Are you ready for that next step? I am currently partnering with a well established, but consistently growing HVAC contractor who have seen some great success within their service department.

This market leading mechanical contractor work on a huge range of projects spanning over 170 sites across Melbourne. After some recent successes they are now looking to add to the team with either a Senior Technician who wants to step into a management role or an already established Service Manager looking for a change.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop relationships and manage current clients
• New contract acquisition
• Quoting work
• Meet quoting and sale budgets
• Work closely with all stakeholders including internal team to ensure best outcome
• Coordinate on site work with in house technicians, contractors and clients
• Monthly reporting to management team
• Maintaining operational budgets
  
  

Personal Attributes

• You will have experience across the HVAC service sector ideally within a trades role
• Ideally some experience pricing HVAC work
• Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be working closely with clients
• Able to manage people day to day and understand the challenges they go through
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
