Service Coordinator

Location - South Eastern suburbs, Melbourne

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Technicians and Subcontractors to jobs and overseeing daily job completion through service software
  • Ensuring all contracted programmed maintenance visits are completed in a timely manner
  • Generating reports and preparing contracts for invoicing
  • Assisting with minor works quotations
  • Accurate data entry and corrections daily through service software
  • Assisting to order job materials for quoted works
  • Ordering of materials for jobs and ensuring stock is allocated correctly
  • Perform additional ad-hoc administration duties when required


To Be Considered:

To be considered for this unique opportunity, you'll ideally have;

  • Prior working experience within a comparable role
  • Advanced computer skills and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous
  • Experience with Service Software systems would be beneficial
  • Outstanding and proven customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to effectively prioritise work schedules
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously
  • Problem solving skills, show initiative and be proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
