Service Coordinator
Location - South Eastern suburbs, Melbourne
Salary - $70k - 75k + Super

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Technicians and Subcontractors to jobs and overseeing daily job completion through service software
- Ensuring all contracted programmed maintenance visits are completed in a timely manner
- Generating reports and preparing contracts for invoicing
- Assisting with minor works quotations
- Accurate data entry and corrections daily through service software
- Assisting to order job materials for quoted works
- Ordering of materials for jobs and ensuring stock is allocated correctly
- Perform additional ad-hoc administration duties when required
To Be Considered:
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you'll ideally have;
- Prior working experience within a comparable role - anyone who has worked as a repair coordinator in the Insurance builder industry are highly encouraged to apply
- Experience with Service Software systems would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to effectively prioritise work schedules
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously
