Service Coordinator
Location - Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs

My client, is an growing contractor that has intestate projects, and creates repeat business with a range of long-term clients, the pipeline of projects are varying and unique, which offers you continual scope and a diverse working schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Technicians and Subcontractors to jobs and overseeing daily job completion through service software
- Ensuring all contracted programmed maintenance visits are completed in a timely manner
- Generating reports and preparing contracts for invoicing
- Assisting with minor works quotations
- Accurate data entry and corrections daily through service software
- Assisting to order job materials for quoted works
- Ordering of materials for jobs and ensuring stock is allocated correctly
- Perform additional ad-hoc administration duties when required
To Be Considered:
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you'll ideally have;
- Prior working experience within a comparable role
- Advanced computer skills and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Advanced Excel skills would be advantageous
- Experience with Simpro systems would be beneficial
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to effectively prioritise work schedules
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as autonomously
- Problem solving skills, show initiative and be proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
