ABOUT THE COMPANY

My client is a progressive and dynamic consultancy based in Melbourne's CBD. Over the last ten years they've quickly situated themselves within the Landscape and Town Planning realm and worked on several flagship projects across Melbourne. By December 2020 they will be over 30 strong and looking to break international waters.

RESPONSIBILITY / SKILL SET

• Strong experience within new communities
• AutoCAD Base Plan set up including procurement and collation of required information
• Coordination of preparation of plans and documents including briefings to junior staff members, including:
• Preparation / set-up of presentation documents
• Landscape and Urban Design Context Plans
• Urban Design Plan Sets including:
• Concept Plan of Subdivision
• Lot Mix by Area
• Land Budget Plan
• Lots subject to Small Lot Housing Code Plan
• Design Response Plan
• Street Typology Plan
• Cross Sections
• Yield Analyses and plans
• Massing Studies and input into Planning documents
• Graphic assistance on tender responses
• 3D Visualisation preparation
• Communication with clients regarding projects and new project opportunities, allied consultants such as architects, engineers, surveyors and town planners and Council staff
• Oversee maintenance and collation of design team reference resources (image library, standards, guidelines etc.)
