Senior Structural Engineer - Civil

A multi-disciplinary, engineering consultancy that specialises in structural, maritime, temporary works, civil and much more, is looking to expand their Melbourne Office. They have recently undergone rapid growth and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future, whilst providing a "family-feel" environment for their team. This award-winning consultancy is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in a leadership capacity.

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, including government agencies, clients, industry networks.
• Provide day to day management of the team, where you will plan, organise and coordinate a team of engineers.
• Growing the business' pipeline of works and resourcing the team in the Melbourne market.

About You:

• Previous demonstrated structural experience in bridge, maritime and complex temporary works, as well as a relevant Tertiary qualification, e.g. Bachelor of Civil Engineering or similar.
• Having a strong network and relationships within the industry that will see you transition with ease and grow the organisation.
• Possess excellent relationship management skills and an ability to communicate to stakeholders at a technical and non-technical level.
