Location - Melbourne Inner
Salary - $100,000 - $130,000 + super (based on experience)

Role Responsibilities

• Working closely with both the discipline leader and Directors you will play an active role in design, project delivery & project management.
• Managing and coordinating projects - including, resourcing, programming, and budgeting
• Join forces with a talented team of engineers that allows you to harness your creative spark without being micro-managed.
• Building relationship with clients that are grounded in trust, respect and quality
• Manage and lead the delivery of Structural packages - on projects worth up to and in excess of $100million
• Mentor and provide technical support to internal Engineers
• Undertake design and documentation of your own projects from commencement to completion

Desirable Qualities/Assets

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering majoring in Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven record of leading projects
• 8+ years experience (still apply if less experienced as there are multiple opportunities)
• Proven skills as an Engineer designing buildings within Australia
• Currently hold PE
• Experience designing in steel & concrete (extensive commercial and industrial buildings experience advantageous)
• Exceptional knowledge of Australian Building Code and Standards for non-residential buildings
• Hands on experience using SpaceGASS & Rapt (bonus if you have RAM or Microstrand)
• CPEng (advantageous)'
