Senior Site Manager

Salary - $200,000 - $250,000

My client, a tier 2 builder who specialises in Community, Education, Health, Retail, Justice and Police is looking for a Senior Site Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the construction program
  • Supervision of on-site trades & labour
  • Management & scheduling trades
  • OH&S Management
  • Quality Management

Requirements :

  • Experience managing projects over 80M
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Site Management
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills
  • Is able to identify project cost and time savings across all stages of the build
  • Has a meticulous eye for detail
