Senior Project Manager | Concrete & Formwork Structures

A privately owned structural sub-contractor is now look for a future star, with several newly secured projects in and around Melbourne they are now seeking a Structural Project Manager to join full time.

Located on Melbourne's South East and operating for over 50+ years, this family operating business has a reputable name within concrete placement & formwork with completed projects including: Mid-level Residential, Industrial, Commercial & basements; concrete packages ranging up to the value of $8 Million.

This exciting and progressive role has the potential to lead into a Construction Manager based job - If you hold a can do attitude, established industry relationships and the knowledge of concrete structures, please apply as the role is due to commence in September 2020.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality / industry standards
• Delivering full design and build projects
• Planning work in a way which ensures that key milestones and completion dates are achieved
• Tender event schedules, design management strategy, project planning and Project Management systems
• Predicting cost to completion
• Financial management while working with the Lead estimator

• Strong commercial awareness, while complimenting a range of commercial relationships
• Excellent communication skills and delivery history
• Ability to read contracts and direct estimating
