Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparation of tenders
• Submission of proposals
• Developing strong client business relationships
• Assessing, measuring and completing take offs from drawings.
• Preparing and submitting of quotations
• Continued understanding of construction practices

• Excellent organisational and commercial ability
• Highly effective at working independently as well as part of a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
• Client focused & skill to maintain relationships
• Highly proficient in the use of technology
