This market leading, Tier 1 HVAC contractor who work on some of Melbourne's flagship commercial projects, have created a brand new role to implement processes and strategise around how they can get the best out of their team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to manage time and prioritise key tasks effectively
• Work to reinforce drafting standards and consistency across the drafting team
• Leading projects whilst seeking to develop, coach and mentor more junior team members
• Conduct detailed checks of all drawing office outputs
• Work closely with the Drawing office Manager to understand where certain training may be required
• Motivate team members to achieve their potential
• Provide technical assistance and work on improving the drawing office standards
• Liaise with internal staff and attend meetings where required

Minimum requirements

• Advanced knowledge of drawing standards
• Extensive HVAC/mechanical experience within Australian based contractors
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
