Taking the lead and reporting to senior management, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Lead the delivery of all stages of the interior response to projects effectively and efficiently.
- Lead and preparation of concept presentations working closely with the architectural team.
- Lead and jump in as needed with the preparation of documentation packages.
- Lead the consultant coordination in both design and documentation stages in conjunction with the architectural leads.
- Be a people person who represents the practice with integrity in all dealings.
A successful candidate will possess the following;
- Min 7+ years of expereince in similar projects. Hospitality and or Public/Community projects.
- Strong Revit skills.
- Proven leader/mentor.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
- Natural enthusiasm for design and outstanding project outcomes.
- Strong ability to drive both design and technical documentation outcomes.
- Willingness to jump in and take initiative
