Estimator Senior / Lead Level | Concrete Structures

Join a reputable concrete subcontractor operating for over 20+ years delivering a range of commercial projects from education, heath, aged care petrol stations and shopping centres.

Offering concrete structure projects up to $10 Million, you will have previous experience estimating similar sized projects at a senior / leading level role.

Due to a recent restructure within the business we are now seeking a driven and skilled senior / lead estimator with strong relationships throughout the building sector to join full time, you will be welcomed at a time of growth, with a strong pipeline of works confirmed for the coming 24 months and assisting in the business development outside of this year's restrictions.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a senior estimator you will hold a demonstrated portfolio of won projects over the years, delivering with a reputation throughout the industry.

This role requires someone who is driven, motivated with a team-oriented personality, the role of an estimator heavily relies upon the productivity for all tenders, so a hungry appetite and success are key points for this role.

As an incentive a rewarding bonus structure is offered yearly as well as job based, the rewards are endless on joining at such a time.

Personal Attributes

• Demonstrated portfolio working within the subcontract space of structures including experience with full concrete packages of up to $8 Million
• Undertake accurate take-offs from master plans with attention to detail, whilst eating personal deadlines.
• Produce PO's for the supply of labour & materials
• Relevant qualifications and experience in this sector is essential
• Leading an operational team with established relationships throughout the industry

To be successful in this role you will hold previous estimating experience within the Concrete Structures industry, with a minimum of 6+ years Australian experience required.
