About the Role
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Reviewing contract documents, drawings and specifications
  • Preparation and administration of project estimates and tenders ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion
  • Accurately produce a variety of BOQ’s and assess the building materials required for each job
  • Managing RFI’s and tender addendums with Architects and Contractors
  • Produce Purchase Orders for the supply of labour and materials
  • Calculate customer variation costs
  • Preparation of monthly progress claims and variations
  • Monitor project plans, budgets and expenditure and report accordingly
  • Liaise with Site Supervisors and subcontractors
  • Coordinate deliveries in association with relevant site based personnel


To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

  • Minimum 6 years experience working within an Estimating role for a luxury residential builder
  • Knowledge of residential building codes and guidelines and an understanding of the Victorian Residential Construction market
  • Must live locally and have the right to work in Australia
  • Be comfortable working autonomously and with responsibility
