The Position
This is a senior drafting position so the successful candidate must have considerable experience in the residential / architectural space. The successful candidate will have;

• 6 + years local experience as a draftsperson on homes $1M +
• AutoCAD, Sketchup or Revit software knowledge is highly favourable
• Produce precise drawings and identify potential clashes
• Structural knowledge across concrete, structural steel, timber
• Strong foundation of building codes and building regulations
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
