A leader in the land development industry is looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join their team due to growth. They are a dominant player in the land development and infrastructure space and work with a range of clients, so they offer their staff a variety of projects.

Your New Role

• Operate as Senior Design Engineer where you will oversee design work on a diverse range of land development and infrastructure projects
• Assist and mentor junior engineers with all design work, including development as well as stormwater and sewer reticulation systems
• Client relationship management as well as project management depending on what suits your passion, drive and long-term career aspirations.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Ideally you will have Civil Engineering degree with 6+ years' experience for a consultancy firm in civil design across a range of land development or infrastructure projects
• Experience working with 12D software
• Highly motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire junior staff
