Senior Contracts Manager | Formwork Structures

With a recognised formwork portfolio ranging over 20 years here in Victoria, our client's product range expands from road, rail and water waste structures.

Delivering in Tier 1-3 concrete packages and generating an annual growth of $15 Million +, we are now seeking an individual with established relationships within the sub contract space directing the business into the next business phase.

As a multi skilled professional you will operate at a Senior level with experience in concrete structures, a key role within the operational team responsible for new business, estimating & tender preparation, contract management from a senior level with previous experience within the concrete industry.

Responsibilities of the role include;

• Sound knowledge and proven experience in contract management, business development, preparing tender documents, estimating up to 10 Million on concrete packages while establishing new relationships for the business.
• Multi-disciplinary project and engineering leadership, proactive and innovative project management, performance improvement, resource management, contract management, risk management, time management, budget and quality management.
• Oversee and coordinate numerous structural projects throughout Melbourne from reinforced concrete packages, temporary bridging, roads & level crossings.

Oversee project delivery, including;

• Advanced experience in planning, accurate financial reporting, project and operations productivity improvement and with a zero harm policy, innovation engineering, continues improvement, excelled at client and stakeholder relations and performance management.

• Development of baseline project dimensions and detail which include scope & scheduling for sufficient delivery

To be successful in this role, you must have;

• Extensive experience within the civil space, roads, rail & concrete structures specifically

• Ability to find & price concrete structures packages up to $10 Million
• Pricing work off first principles, contract administration, tender preparation, estimating, business development, client liaising, construction management, contract management, delivery of temporary & permanent works
• You will utilise your established relationships within the structural space from Tier 1-3 from the Melbourne market
