Senior Contracts Administrator - Commercial Construction

Well established Builder is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join their professional team. Due to continued growth and a range of new projects they now seek a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead a team on a D&C apartment project 5 minutes from the CBD.

You will be expected to have a wealth of experience in delivering commercial projects with all the necessary skills that you have acquired through your tertiary studies and practical knowledge gained through your previous role/s as Contract Administrator.

You will require:

  • Relevant degree in Construction Management or similar
  • Several years of experience in a CA role working on commercial projects
  • A proven record of working on projects in excess of $20M for tier 1 and 2 companies
  • Proven track record delivering commercial AND mulit-residential projects
  • D&C experience a bonus
  • Ability to mentor junior contracts administrators
  • Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
