Senior Architect

My client is a tier one design firm within varied areas including Education, Community and Multi-residential, delivering high quality and award winning projects. They are a medium sized firm with a name in the industry for the alternative work they design and deliver.

Experts in the field of work is a big reason as their long list of repeat clients but they mostly pride themselves on their culture and ability to maintain staff! They are now looking for a design driven individual with strong technical skills and an outstanding design sensibility. You must be passionate about Architecture and keen to deliver great work.

Tasks

• Work end to end of Education projects
• Guide, mentor and develop junior team members
• Be involved in documentation and detailing (Revit)
• Managing internal documentation teams and external consultant team to achieve the desired program, quality and design outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience
• Proven experience on Education projects
• Confident communication
• Strong team skills and a collaborative nature
• Contract Administration experience
• End to end experience
• Client facing
