Town Planner - Telecommunications Projects

This is a Melbourne based business who are on a successful roll picking up numerous large Site Acquisition Environmental Design (SAED) and telecommunications projects projects for some of the key telco providers. Due to their tendering success, they're looking to acquire a contract SAED Project Manager or Town Planner for a minimum six month contract (expected to be longer).
This business will be based in WA, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or wherever you choose (when not on site), you'll be the eyes and ears of the Melbourne HQ as they work in the background working through design documentation. You'll be expected to oversee and handle the development applications and site acquisition documentation for the projects.

The successful Candidate Must boast the following:

• Previous town planning experience on telecommunications projects
• Experience in preparing, lodging & managing DA applications with government bodies
• SAED experience would be extremely advantageous
• Willing and flexible to travel to remote parts of WA
• Strong project management skills
