Residential Senior Estimator - Northern Suburbs

My client is an award winning volume and custom home builder that has gone from strength to strength over the last 15 years. Located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, they are on the hunt for an experienced Estimator (exp. in both sales and production) who can add to this company's ongoing success.

The Role

• Quantifying materials and labour required on each job
• Performing details BOQs and quantity take offs
• Maintain price files within estimating software
• Ensure all tenders, contracts and variations are accurately completed
• Investigate and resolve issues to produce price quotations
• Obtaining quotes and pricing from suppliers and maintaining registers
• Working closely with internal departments

About You

• Driven, motivated and team-oriented personality
• Strong technical and domestic building background
• Thorough understanding of residential building processes and details
• Estimating experience of 3 years minimum with a home builder
• Must have exposure to both production and sales estimating
• Databuild experience
• Relevant Tertiary qualifications
