The Job

As the face of the company, your new role will include but is not limited to:

  • Answer and filter all phone and email communication to the correct departments
  • Complete general office tasks as required
  • Coordinate deliveries and couriers
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Maintain and action all OH&S emails
  • Meet and greet all stakeholders, being the face of the company
  • Meeting room set up and maintenance
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales, Administration, Construction, Finance and Maintenance departments as needed

To be considered

  • Experience in a similar role in Property or Construction industries is highly regarded
  • Your goal is to grow within a company and stay on for the journey as they continue achieving
  • Strong administrative and multitasking skills are a must
  • Ability to confidently follow-up on documentation and liaise with stakeholders
  • Amazing customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must have permanent working rights
