Rail Systems Engineer

A company founded almost 50 years ago that prides itself on being a family run business at heart. This client is a construction contractor specialising in Metro, Freight & Heavy Haul and Light Rail infrastructure. This client also undertakes works such as Bridge Construction, Car Park Expansion, Grade Separation, Bridge Repair, and Guard & Spray Rails. They can undertake the design & construction of almost all of the individual components that collectively make up the fixed rail infrastructure of a rail network. They have advantages in multi-disciplinary projects and have specialist expertise in the delivery of projects within live rail environments and constrained sites. A company that is big enough that you will still be working on major infrastructure projects, but not too big that you feel as though you are just another number

Outside of working on one of Western Australia's most significant rail projects, you will

• Review requirements coverage, conduct gap analysis, and perform design validation
• Establish RAMs and FEMECA process and systems
• Requirements Management
• Analyses and keeps abreast of all regulatory standards concerning technological and functionality requirements
• Verification & Validation

We're ideally looking to speak to a Systems Engineer who boasts the following;

• Electrical Engineering degree or similar
• At least 4 years of experience working in Systems Assurance
• Experience working on rail systems and requirement managements
• Experience working on WA DoT projects
• Ability to work in high pressure and fast-moving environments
