Job description
We're searching for a Senior Project Manager for a Leading and Well-known Tier 2 builder who has a proven track record across Australia on some detailed and exclusive projects.

Builder & Project(s)
  • A long standing and well recognised Tier 2 builder delivering a broad range of projects across Government, Education, Health, and Pharmaceutical projects
  • 30 years of excellence across Australia
  • Delivering projects across Fitout, Refurbishment and New builds
  • Innovative and driven team(s)
  • Project sizes range from $1mil to $150mil
  • Over 1Bil Turnover Across Australia
The Role
  • End-to-end management and delivery
  • Managing communication and progress among various stakeholders
  • Working closely with management, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to achieve on target results without delays
  • Provide full scope and feasibility of works
  • Support the delivery of supply & installation projects on time and within budget
  • Working alongside internal team to make sure invoicing and project variation management is documented appropriately
  • Problem solve and develop swift solutions for both manufacturing and on-site issues
  • Monitor job progress against milestones, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project life cycle
  • Ensuring the project comes in on time and budget
About You
  • Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager delivering Community or Goverment
  • Project experience over $10 million (preferred not essential)
  • Construction related degree or trade background
  • Australian working rights
