Now welcoming both Senior Project Engineers & Project Managers to join a mid-sized piling specialist delivering across commercial, multi-level residential, basements throughout Melbourne.

As the main point of contact, you will manage & coordinate projects start to finish, while in accordance to company budgets,.

Key Responsibilities

• Client interfacing with major stake holders, subcontractors & suppliers
• Scope & overview of work packages, including scheduling, forecasting and site compliance.
• Reporting, progress claims and variations
• Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
• Adherence to safety & compliance deliverables on all sites
• Liaising with all clients, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors

What you need:

• Relevant qualification in Engineering
• Experience delivering Projects valued from $2M-$8M
• Direct experience in Piling, Basement & retention works, excavation
• A proven track record in delivering projects and leading teams with a successful outcome
• Experience in delivering projects greater than $5 million in value
• Demonstrate knowledge of construction methodology of medium / high rise basements & piling
