Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage landfill projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage risk, quality, and safety processes in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the civil construction industry, specifically in landfill or waste management projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Full working rights in Australia and willingness to travel as required.
