Project Manager | Immediate Start

Looking for a Project Manager to jump on a 6 month contract working with a well-known Tier 2 builder with the potential to roll into something permanent if desired.

• A Lucrative and Respected builder who have been delivering projects for 30 years.
• Offices in every state across Australia
• Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Government, Health, Commercial and Industrial projects up to $200mil

Project:

• Detailed external refurbishment in Melbourne CBD (Circa $10mil)

The Role

• End-to-end management and delivery
• Managing communication and progress amongst various stakeholders
• Working closely with management, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to achieve on target results without delays
• Support the delivery of supply & installation project on time and within budget
• Working alongside internal team to make sure invoicing and project variation management is documented appropriately
• Monitor job progress against milestones, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project life cycle
• Ensuring the project comes in on time and budget

About You

• Minimum 3 years in the industry working as a Project Manager
• Experience with facades is highly favoured, though not essential
• Australian working rights
• Ability to work autonomously
