A Well-known and Established builder who have a strong presence in regional Victoria are looking for an experience Project Manager to run a $10mil Government project in the heart of Geelong.

• Strong relationships across Victoria, enabling the builder to have a consistent pipeline
• Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Defence, Health, Education and large scale Government projects.
• 100+ years of experience

The Role

• End-to-end management and delivery
• Managing communication and progress amongst various stakeholders
• Working closely with management, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to achieve on target results without delays
• Provide full scope and feasibility of works
• Support the delivery of supply & installation projects on time and within budget
• Working alongside internal team to make sure invoicing and project variation management is documented appropriately
• Monitor job progress against milestones, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project life cycle
• Ensuring the project comes in on time and budget

About You

• Minimum 3 years working as a Project Manager
• Experience on government projects is highly favoured, though not essential
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
