Are you an experienced fit-out project manager or a contract administrator ready to take the step into a management role?

About the Gig:

Due to repeat client business and an ability to win projects through a proven track record, my client has a position opened up for a Project Manager to join their team.

You will be responsible for:

  • The delivery of commercial fit out projects of the highest standard
  • Scheduling trades and construction programs
  • Liaising with the client and subcontractors to complete the project on time and budget
  • OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to on site
  • Managing of multiple projects simultaneously in a supportive environment

You must have:

  • Several years experience as a Project Manager or Contract Administrator
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering commercial projects in excess of $1M
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build great working relationships with both colleagues, contractors and clients
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Project
  • Great personality and attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
