My client are a family-owned and run Fit Out & Refurbishment firm. We are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for up coming work.

With a portfolio of Commercial office, end of trip and amenities upgrades projects ranging $100k-10m, the work is fast-paced and exciting. As a Project Manager for the business you will lead multiple projects and a team of Site Managers, with client satisfaction and high quality always being front of mind. Being a nationally recognised leader in this space, there is a consistent flow of projects with widely recognised clients.

The business prides itself on the culture they've created and carefully selects people that fit with the vibe - easy-going, hard-working but able to let your hair down and have fun with your colleagues. You will be professionally presented and have advanced oral and written communication skills. In a largely client-facing role you will naturally build rapport and lasting relationships with your customers.

You will be responsible for:

  • The delivery of projects to the highest standard
  • Scheduling trades and construction programs
  • Liaising with the client and subcontractors to complete the project on time and budget
  • OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to on site
  • Meeting Time, Cost and Quality milestones throughout the project program

  • Willing to learn and mentor junior staff

You must have:

  • 5+ years at Project Manager level
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering Fit out projects for corporate clients
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build great working relationships with colleagues, contractors and clients
  • Strong computer skills - MS Project
  • Positive person, outgoing with natural networking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications alongside proven experience
