About Us: This client specialise in Custom Homes, Extensions and Multi-unit developments. As a result of continued growth, they are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join the team.
Position Overview:
As a skilled Project Manager you will oversee and coordinate custom home construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that homes are built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering superior results. This role will be a 50/50 split between onsite / office including managing and implementing the construction software systems.

To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;
- Experience in a Project or Construction Management role delivering Custom or High-End homes
- Ability to confidently use/implement construction management softwares such as Procore, BuilderTrend, etc.
- Carpentry background and relevant qualification
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
