My client is a multi-award winning commercial fit-out company based in the heart of the CBD and known for their exceptional culture as much as their impressive projects. They really are the best in the business when it comes to commercial fit-outs. Their level of detail, Client care and intricate projects are unrivalled.

A number of projects scheduled for delivery last year have now been given the go-ahead and combined with their current workload they are now as busy as ever! I am seeking an experienced project manager to join their highly skilled team and deliver multiple projects in excess of $5M. A generous salary package of up to $180,000 is on offer for the successful professional.

Experience and Qualifications required:

• Minimum 5 years experience (recognised companies preferred)
• Qualifications in Building & Construction / Quantity Surveying or Trade Certificate
• Fit out and refurb experience a must
• Able to juggle 2-3 projects at a time ranging between $1M - $5M but also with experience delivering projects up to $10M
• Client focused with an ability to lead and drive results through their team
• Process driven and diligent
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and build good relationships with subbies
