Job description
The Opportunity
  • A multi-disciplinary organisation – registered commercial builder who offer a range of construction and project management services
  • They build and manage projects in the refurb/fitout and new build sectors – typically up to $5m in value – private and public sector clients.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on and oversee projects from cradle to grave

Experience/Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a field related to the built environment is essential - Construction Management, Architecture,Project Management or similar.
  • A track record in project delivery within the commercial construction sector is essential – new build and/or refurb fitout experience
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skills – you will be working at diverse work interfaces including subcontractors, consultants, architects, building managers, regulatory authorities and end users on a weekly basis.
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills as a CA within construction is required. Experience in running projects at PM level would make you the ideal candidate.
