One of Australia's leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment companies require a talented Project Manager to join their growing team. With works in the commercial office, government and retail sectors they have several high quality projects ready to go.

Your experience:

• Extensive experience in Commercial fitouts
• Experience delivering Projects valued from $1M-$5M
• A Project Management / construction qualification
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• An out-standing eye for quality
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent network of trades
• Knowledge in reading technical drawings and all construction processes
• Full Australian working rights and Current Victorian Drivers License

Your responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects from start to finish
• Liaising with all clients, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors
• Managing all aspects of project scheduling
• Reviewing Tenders
• Overseeing Budget management and construction costs
• Maintaining our high standards of quality
• Deliver your projects on time and budget
