The Company:
My client is a boutique Insurance / Restoration company that services the inner suburbs of Melbourne. They are in an exciting new growth phase and due to new project wins they are looking to expand their team. They are looking to bring on an experienced restoration professional to assist in taking the company to the next level. This is a rare opportunity to join an up-and-coming business and have a real input into their direction and development.

About the Role:
We are looking for a Restoration expert with previous experience in the field to work on a full-time basis and be responsible for all restoration jobs across the inner suburbs of Victoria. At first this job will be hands on with some paid overtime work, but with a view that you will be working towards a 100% hands off position - building a team around you who will assist in the heavy lifting for restoration projects.

Requirements:

• 4 + years restoration industry experience as either a supervisor or technician
• IICRC certified in mould, water and fire or equivalent
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Team oriented and driven personality
• Be confident leading a team and managing technicians
