Experienced Project Manager required for well known builder based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne

I am seeking an experienced project manager to join their highly skilled team and deliver multiple projects up to $10M. A generous salary package of up to $170,000 is on offer for the successful professional.

Experience and Qualifications required:

  • Minimum 5 years solid exp (tier 3 builders preferred - well-known companies)
  • Qualifications in Building & Construction / Quantity Surveying or Trade Certificate
  • Able to juggle 2-3 projects at a time ranging between $1M - $5M but also with experience delivering projects up to $10M
  • Client focused with an ability to lead and drive results through their team
  • Process driven and diligent
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and build good relationships with subbies
